Through yoga I have learned to move within my body and still my mind. I became a yoga teacher in order to share this experience with others.
I teach yoga at:
Paso de Danza Performing Arts Center, 1 Industrial Drive, Phillipsburg NJ
Class Schedule: Sundays 9am, Tuesdays 8pm and Fridays 6:30pm
$12 a class or get a 6 class card for $60 (6th class is free)
Private lessons also available upon request.
Beginners are welcome at all classes!
